1. General
This webshop is managed by Babydruk which is a part of EPIA B.V., with its registered office at Schootense Loop 4L, 5708HX Helmond, the Netherlands. We are registered with the Chamber of Commerce, under the Chamber of Commerce number 82583455.

2. Privacy Statement
Our privacy statement applies to these general terms and conditions. We will treat your personal data confidentially. The privacy statement can be found on our website.
3. Order and Delivery
You can place your order at www.babydruk.com. You can order one or more products at the same time. The selected products will be placed in your shopping cart.
You will complete your order after entering your details and choosing a payment method. You will then receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you provided. We strive to deliver your order on time.
The delivery of your order is done by DPD or a local courier. Do you order a product before 15:00? Then we will process your order on the same day. The status of your order can be tracked via the Track & Trace code you receive after we have shipped your order.
Are there unforeseen circumstances, such as unpredictable weather or traffic conditions? Your order may be delayed in that case. We are not responsible for such a delay. The delivery of your order is through DPD or the local courier.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
The price of a product is ultimately the price that applies during the order process. No rights can be derived from this. All prices mentioned on our website include the VAT amount.
If you cancel an order, we will refund exactly the amount you paid. We will only refund the shipping costs in case you return all the products of your order. If you return some products where you keep the other products at home, we will not refund the shipping costs.
Prices are including VAT.
5. Payment
Payment of your order you can pay by a number of payment methods. Our payment methods are iDEAL, Bancontact, Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) and bank transfer (subsequent payment), KBC/CBC Payment Button.
6. Withdrawal period and right of withdrawal

7. Warranty
Our products are covered by a legal warranty. This can be a wrong product, a damaged product, or a product with the wrong quantity delivered.
If you find any irregularities after receiving the product, please inform us as soon as possible. We strive to solve the irregularity in the short term.
8. Sizes and colors
The sizes of the illustrations & colors of the posters can be a bit different than the preview on the website. This is because the color and size you see on your desktop/laptop/phone depend on the screen calibration.
9. Applicable law
Our General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any agreement for the purchase of products on this website and any disputes arising in connection therewith shall also be governed by Dutch law.
